I map how work actually flows, identify where time and energy get lost, then digitalise or automate what shouldn't be done by hand. The result: processes that are documented, understood, and actually followed — and more headspace for the work that matters.

This is not a service for building Grafana dashboards or tracking your Google Ads click-through rate — there are plenty of people who do that well. I take this on for the interesting cases: money has gone missing and no one knows where, you have a research question that needs a real answer fast, or something in your data just doesn't add up and every explanation so far has been wrong. Give me a question, a dataset, and a deadline, and I'll turn it into a decision. I offer this one for the love of the game.
