Process Capture & Digitalisation

When workflows in your organisation aren't running smoothly — team members are constantly asking questions because nothing is documented, the same work gets done twice, knowledge lives only in a few people's heads — the problem usually isn't the people. The processes were never properly defined.

I map how work actually flows, identify where time and energy get lost, then digitalise or automate what shouldn't be done by hand. The result: processes that are documented, understood, and actually followed — and more headspace for the work that matters.

Larger engagements

When a solo builder is not enough, I coordinate designers, developers, and domain experts from my network and run delivery as your project lead.

2025 — present Lead Developer Confidential Client

Built an automated email processing system that reads incoming sales emails, extracts the relevant data, and pushes it directly into the client's ERP — no manual entry.

2024 — 2025 Software Engineer Wovar · via Stekz

Designed and built a warehouse automation system for a large e-commerce fulfilment operation — replacing hundreds of manual steps with a connected, cyber-physical workflow.

2020 — 2022 Lead Developer Fuhrparkhelden GmbH

First technical hire at a mobility start-up — built the invoice automation tooling and set up the entire production infrastructure from scratch.

Project & Dev Lead

I take ownership of your tech project — from planning to finished product. That means sharpening requirements together, turning them into sprint tasks the team actually understands, running plannings and reviews, and making sure decisions get made instead of deferred.

I work with Scrum — but I know the difference between textbook Scrum and what actually works in practice. Working with me means no extra translation layer between business and engineering. That's me.

Digitised core business operations for a vehicle trading group — connecting previously isolated systems and building out their e-commerce presence.

2022 — 2024 Head of IT & Software Development FPH Holding GmbH

Took over a legacy Python monolith, rebuilt it as containerised microservices, and got the company to EU GDPR and BSI IT-Grundschutz compliance — which unlocked a major contract.

Data Analysis & Detective

This is not a service for building Grafana dashboards or tracking your Google Ads click-through rate — there are plenty of people who do that well. I take this on for the interesting cases: money has gone missing and no one knows where, you have a research question that needs a real answer fast, or something in your data just doesn't add up and every explanation so far has been wrong. Give me a question, a dataset, and a deadline, and I'll turn it into a decision. I offer this one for the love of the game.
